Men undantag kan g\u00f6ras i det enskilda fallet. <br \/><br \/>\u2013 Regeln om vilda djur i f\u00e5ngenskap har skapats av h\u00e4nsyn till djuren. Ett djur som f\u00f6ds i frihet ska ocks\u00e5 leva i frihet. Vilda djur som \u00e4r skadade f\u00e5r i vissa fall omh\u00e4ndertas f\u00f6r rehabilitering, men ska sl\u00e4ppas fria n\u00e4r de \u00e4r friska, s\u00e4ger Susanna L\u00f6fgren, p\u00e5 Naturv\u00e5rdsverket.<br \/><br \/>Det h\u00e4r fallet g\u00e4ller tv\u00e5 utm\u00e4rglade lodjursungar som hittades i en f\u00e5rlada. Personal fr\u00e5n djurparken Nordens Ark tog in dem i djurparken d\u00e4r de matats. Ungarna kan inte klara sig p\u00e5 egen hand och kan allts\u00e5 inte sl\u00e4ppas ut nu. De kan heller inte sl\u00e4ppas ut som vuxna eftersom de inte l\u00e4rt sig att jaga. <br \/><br \/>Naturv\u00e5rdsverkets beslut inneb\u00e4r att lodjursungarna f\u00e5r h\u00e5llas i djurpark som tillh\u00f6r Svenska Djurparksf\u00f6reningen.<br \/><br \/>\u2013 Vi \u00e4r medvetna om att Nordens Ark omh\u00e4ndertog lodjursungarna utan polisens tillst\u00e5nd.
